I went to work marketing the deals. Selling them wasn't my only goal - what I wanted most was the buyers information so that I could contact them when I got my own deals. It worked better than expected. I actually sold some of the properties, and I also got about 50 buyers added to my list. Then I went to work on finding them properties they wanted.
This may not be something new, but this is real life stuff that works and works fast. If you are willing to do the work, and possibly invest little money, into marketing other people's properties, then you will build your buyers list very fast.
Just make sure they have to come through you and your contact info is in the marketing.
