Finding buyers for your Real Estate deals

The true secret to being successful in real estate is not knowing how to find deals.

Most gurus and every e-book or course you get teach how to find motivated sellers or the deals first. Quite frankly, I think they set people up for failure or no less than a long time of learning the hard way before they become successful in real estate.

Learning backwards is the true secret. If you first learn how to find buyers, then in any market you will be able to make consistent cash flow by always selling your deals.

When you have multiple buyers waiting for information on the deals you find, it is like having an ATM machine set up for you to insert a deal and make a withdrawal.

It is totally cool to be able to pick up a deal and within a few hours have it under contract to sell. That is the best feeling there is.

So focus on learning how to find buyers first.
