Facts About Secrets of the Millionaire Mind Book

By Jadie Howersten

At first glance, Secrets of the Millionaire Mind by T. Harv Eker looks like just another scheme - or so I thought. After all, there are lots of books out there with good sales pitches, but little support for their claims and no detailed information. A second look, on the other hand, changed my understanding.

You shouldn't use Secrets of the Millionaire Mind as a personal finance guide - it's not made for it. Instead, think about this books as motivational tool for your whole life. You might not think there's much use for this book, but despite the lack of concrete financial advice, it really helps you get in the right frame of mind.

The important information is in the title. If you want to be rich, you first have to know the secrets of a millionaire mind. If you can change how you think about money, happiness and success, you'll be amazed at the results you get.

Eker points out that every one of us has an internal script that tells us how we should deal with money and treat it. He refers to it as our financial blueprint, and explains that it's created by the messages about money we encounter through our lives. We get those messages from all over - friends, family, entertainment and more.

The big issue is that most of our blueprints have serious flaws. These are what keep us from having the right ideas about money to really be successful. In this book, Eker actually lists seventeen different ways that rich people's blueprints work better than poor people's.

Some things we can pick up from this book to teach us the secrets of a millionaire mind are to think big, focus on opportunities, admire successful people, associate with positive people, and to be bigger than our problems. It's time to stop letting the world happen to us. Instead, we should create our own lives.

Every point is explained carefully, showing us how to get rid of the beliefs that are keeping us from success. Unsuccessful people let these dangerous beliefs take over and hold them back. At the most basic, this book is about happiness and success, and how they can make us rich.

Now, if you're someone who's not willing to change your own financial blueprint, you'll probably be disappointed by this book. After all, it takes a lot of work and it isn't comfortable. However, if you're ready to do a little work and change how you think, this could be just what you need.

If you think there's nothing to Secrets of the Millionaire Mind, take a second look. You'll be amazed at the difference it can make in the way you think about life, money and success. I know I feel differently now. - 15224
